Inca Jungle + Machu Picchu 4 days / 3 nights

DAY 01: CUSCO – SANTA MARÍA (Bicycle).

07:30 AM. Departure from Cusco, following the road, Chinchero – Ollantaytambo, until ascending to Abra de Málaga – 4350 masl. We will begin our descent in BICYCLE, putting our adrenaline to the test by the immensity of the valley and the beautiful landscape of the Convention. As we descend we will find a variety of flora, then a temperate zone vegetation to finally enter the vegetation of the jungle area, arriving at reed beds. In the way of the road, we will visit the Inca ruins of Wamanmarka, finally after about 3 hours by bicycle we will descend until we reach Santa María (1130 meters above sea level) where we will have lunch. After lunch, we will continue with our RAFTING activity. Finished our activities, we will have our first day of lodging in basic services or camping (according to the tastes), place where we have dinner.

DAY 02: WALK THROUGH THE JUNGLE. (Trekking).

After our breakfast, we will begin our second day of adventure, we will walk through paths full of vegetation, where we can appreciate the cultivation and harvest of coffee, as well as the sacred plant of the Incas the COCA, we will walk through some segments of original Inca roads, where we will find the history of the Inca road network, then we will also go through some typical bridges in the area. Halfway through our walk, we will have a break for lunch and then we will experience an additional rest in hammocks. Immediately, we will continue our walk through forests, where we can appreciate an immense variety of insects and birds. Our goal of arrival will be to the town of Santa Teresa, where we will taste our food and it will be the overnight place of the second day in a Basic Lodging.

(Optional): AT AFTERNOON / NIGHT, YOU CAN VISIT THE COCALMAYO THERMAL BATHS.

DÍA 03: CAMINATA.

Nuestro tercer día, será un día para seguir midiendo nuestra adrenalina que tenemos cada uno de nosotros. Antes del desayuno, tendremos la actividad del ZIP LINE (Canopy).
Después del desayuno empezamos a caminar en busca de nuevas aventuras como también cruzar el río Vilcanota (Río sagrado de los Incas) a través de preciosos puentes propios de la zona. Apreciaremos de una gran variedad de mariposas, loros, pequeñas iguanas, aves, insectos –hasta arribar a la Hidroeléctrica, donde disfrutaremos de nuestro almuerzo del día, finalmente, luego de una caminata de 11 Km. llegaremos a Aguas Calientes, el último punto de pernocte, donde tendremos cena/reunión. Aquí nuestros colaboradores, les brindarán las últimas indicaciones para la visita a la Maravilla del Mundo Moderno, la ciudadela de Machu Picchu.

DÍA 04: VISITA A MACHUPICCHU.

Este último día, despertamos temprano, para visitar la maravilla del mundo moderno Machu Picchu. Salimos en trekking a las 4: 00 Am. Para poder tener así la oportunidad de ver la salida del Sol, en la caminata ascendente desde los 1980 msnm. hasta llegar a los 2450 msnm. En este día, nuestro desayuno lo degustaremos en el camino (Box Breakfast), la caminata tiene un tiempo aproximado de 1 hora 30 minutos. Luego, visitaremos la ciudadela de Machu Picchu acompañado de nuestro guía profesional por espacio aproximadamente de 2 horas, después del guiado usted tendrá un tiempo, para explorar más en Machu Picchu por sí solo. Luego, a la hora convenida  con nuestro guía, debe de descender al poblado de Aguas Calientes en un tiempo a promedio de 50 minutos para luego dirigirnos a hidroeléctrica y llegar a las 2:30 Pm. aproximadamente, donde nos estará esperando el bus para retornar a la Ciudad del Cusco.
